When you feel manic, escape with me to the atlantic. We left our coats on the rack behind the door. Wading in puddles, we pretend we’re treading over the ocean floor. Everything made new by bathing in the deep blue. I’ll swim in the obscure dreaming of our future. Twisting our ankles on the curbs, the shoreline fades into a blur. This street-made-beach made mostly out of mud makes me feel like falling in love. Making it up as we go, wondering what monsters live deep below. If you feel anything brush past your toes be sure to let me know. Read my eyes read my tone of voice. I’m not mad. When i’m up late, you’re in my head.
i'm no good so i'll let everyone else do the talking abt how great this album is bc i have more important things to talk abt like that it was recorded in my hometown!! i was walkin around a stupid little ten-year-old and they were in the stu makin this album less than a mile from my house!! what!!!!! A friend with a reliably fine musical taste posted this album on FB and I wasn't disappointed. Love the guitar sound and the passionate vocals (melodic enough to not pass as screamo or whatever). Punk rock spirit yet with a lot of dynamics (definitely a yes to the Dischord reference) and compact songs that won't leave your head for a long time. Many many
great tunes on here but for the moment USMA and Lay Low have to be my favorites! Great band, very happy to have found them! perpendikel
